Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and school documentation requirements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans tailored to each student
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Educate and advise school staff and parents on therapy strategies
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment for students of diverse backgrounds
