Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role centers on supporting K-12 students and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, with placement assignments shared prior to the new school year. Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Texas SLP or SLPA license (must provide a screenshot at submission)
• SLPAs must already hold licensure—supervision hours to obtain licensure will not be offered
• Experience providing speech-language services within a school setting
• Strong communication, assessment, and therapy planning skills
• Dependable transportation to reach assigned schools
• Ability to fulfill all school and district onboarding requirements, including fingerprinting within three days of contract signing

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students in compliance with IEPs and educational goals
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning
• Adapt therapy methods to diverse student populations and learning needs
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to ethical standards

This position offers a competitive compensation model: individuals holding an SLP-CCC credential are eligible for $73 per hour, while Bilingual SLP-CCCs can earn $75 per hour, and SLPAs are offered $64 per hour.
