School Speech Language Pathologist - Spring, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Hold appropriate state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, identification, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver targeted speech therapy to students
• Maintain accurate records documenting student progress, assessment results, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff for integrated support and intervention
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning as needed
• Educate staff and families about strategies to support speech and language growth
