Responsibilities: Handle month-end close activities (entries, reconciliations). Manage cash flow reporting and payments (wires, ACH, transfers). Support receivables and billing processes. Review employee expenses and corporate card activity for accuracy and compliance. Maintain banking records and assist with cash forecasting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience. 2+ years of accounting in a multi-entity environment. Knowledge of GAAP, Excel, and major accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
