Job Details

As our Sr. Accountant/Accounting Manager, you will help build and manage the accounting functions of our company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on accounting work and improving financial systems as a company scales.


Duties:

• Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Select AP and AR work as support is needed from Staff Accountant
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries
• Monitor accounting processes and make improvements to strengthen internal controls
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Assist leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reporting

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems
• Advanced Excel proficiency
