Clinical Project Manager

Alimentiv, a CRO specializing in gastrointestinal disease research, seeks a Clinical Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of clinical studies. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and regulatory compliance, and maintaining sponsor relationships. Based in Raleigh-Durham with remote flexibility and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned clinical research projects
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards
• Oversee project operations, budgets, regulatory requirements, and patient safety
• Manage clinical study documents, data, protocols, SOPs, informed consents, and case report forms
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and clients, managing expectations and resolving issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field
• 1–3 years of clinical study management or project coordination experience
• Knowledge of clinical research processes, regulatory requirements, and study documentation
• Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to track deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and coordinate interdisciplinary teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
