Controller and CFO at owner-led contractors. Mostly firms in the $50M to $500M range, where the hire reports to an owner or president and the search needs to be quiet.

What we look for

Ten or more years in commercial construction, with the last five in a leadership seat. A P&L, a precon department, a BD pipeline, or a people function you built or ran. A track record you can walk through year by year. Discretion. Most of the people we place aren't looking, and we treat your application the same way.

How a search works with us

Confidential from the first call. Juan or Jess will call you within a week to understand where you are now, in your career, and what would motivate you to move. We ask about contact you've had with other contractors in the last 12 months to avoid any conflicts later. Nothing goes to a client without your OK, and you hear the client's name before deciding if you want to proceed.
