Position Overview Full‑time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Statesville, North Carolina. You will work in an in‑office environment, fostering an inclusive workplace culture and delivering the best experience for our customers. Responsibilities Deliver a unique customer experience focused on improving customer financial well‑being and building loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Process a variety of customer interactions and apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems. Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Identify banking opportunities and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
