This team partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accurate, and engaging ecommerce experiences across multiple channels and events.You will report to the Assistant Manager Mickey's of Glendale E-CommerceThis is a Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement.What You Will Do:Support execution of ecommerce operations including online store updates, site content, and off-campus shopping eventsAssist with management of product assortment, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising presentation on ecommerce platformsMaintain and update website content including product listings, promotions, and merchandising features to ensure accuracy and optimal presentationCoordinate ecommerce calendars to support site updates, campaigns, and product launches within required timelinesPartner with leadership to communicate site updates, system issues, and development prioritiesSupport online and event-based retail activations including D23 and internal project team offeringsPerform daily site audits to ensure accuracy of content, merchandising, and overall user experienceAssist guests with order placement, tracking, and returns while maintaining strong guest service standardsSupport fulfillment operations including packaging, shipping, and inventory coordinationParticipate in off-site events and conventions, representing the brand professionallyRequired Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail operations, inventory management, or guest serviceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and POS systemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and partnersAbility to analyze and maintain accurate ecommerce content, inventory, and merchandising presentationStrong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing business needsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and follow established processesAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. and work on ladders as neededAvailability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and off-site eventsPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Experience with ecommerce platforms, merchandising systems (e.g., SIMBA), or inventory management toolsExperience supporting retail events, conventions, or multi-channel sales environmentsVisual merchandising or digital presentation experienceFamiliarity with themed entertainment or consumer products environmentsEducation:Associate degree or equivalent experience in Retail, Marketing, Business, or a related field requiredAdditional Information:Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
