Project Control Lead - FACTS Solution Line FSC/SC

Job Description Summary We are looking for a Project Control Lead to join the FACTS Solution Line FSC/SC team in Saratoga Springs, NY. The Project Control function supports our operations to manage the project schedule and costs during tendering and project delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities Support operations to manage the project schedule and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Support FSC/SC operations and engineering to manage schedules and cost follow-ups from the Solution Line perspective, in collaboration with the regional PC function. Act as an interface between the region and Solution Line on project control related tasks. Ensure approved budget changes (change requests and orders, BDRs, RAI updates) to hours are updated and captured in P6. Control FSC/SC SL resource allocations with project planners and controllers. Administer FSC/SC schedule quality and monthly operational KPIs. Drive and implement GSI PC actions and improvements in tools and processes in FACTS FSC/SC. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Project Management, Cost Controlling, or Project Planning experience. Knowledge of project management processes and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in customer project management). Strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Established project management skills. Self‑starter with high flexibility, resilience, and self‑learning attitude. Solid team‑player with good prioritizing and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $87,000.00 – $145,000.00, with a geographic differential up to 130% of salary in certain areas. Discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
