Associate Director Solution Design

Responsibilities Manage opportunity activation, clearly communicating with the Syneos One™ Design team and business units to design an initial solution Quality check work throughout the solution development process Participate in virtual and live customer presentations and document any follow-up actions Navigate internal processes and customer needs to facilitate the development of contracts, work orders, and other legal documents Keep all key stakeholders updated on opportunity status, including customer decision timing and outstanding actions Onboard team members and transfer customer relationships to ensure smooth hand-off of the solution to the delivery teams Lead weekly operations meetings where resources are assigned to opportunities and special projects Qualifications 7+ years’ relevant work experience in the life sciences or consulting industry Program and project management experience Management consulting or services company experience (e.g., CRO, CCO) Willingness to travel ~25% Desired Requirements Master’s degree or higher (MBA, MS, MPH, MHA) PMP certification The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
