A RT CNC Machining | Bridgeview, IL 60455

We are seeking an experienced CNC lathe machinist who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision parts from blueprint to finished product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol.
• Select tooling, fixtures, work offsets, speeds and feeds.
• Read blueprints, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
• Troubleshoot programs, tooling, machine, and quality issues.
• Maintain setup, inspection, and production documentation.
• Maintain productivity, safety, and a clean work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years CNC lathe setup and programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mazatrol controls is required.
• Ability to take a part independently from blueprint to finished product.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, machining methods, speeds and feeds.
• Excellent blueprint reading, shop math, and precision measuring skills.
• CAM programming preferred; CAD familiarity helpful.
• Machine shop or manufacturing experience required.

JOB TYPE : Full-time

PAY : $45-65/hr based on qualifications and experience

HOURS : 20-50 per week

LOCATION : In-person -Bridgeview, IL
