Precision CNC Operations Technician (Level II) Quick Q&A Where is this role?

What hours could I work?

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

What’s the compensation?

• Hourly pay: $27.51–$31.24
• 2nd shift differential: +$1.35/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00 (Payment details at time of offer)

What will I do every day?

• Set up and run CNC mills and lathes using Standard Work and PM routines.
• Inspect, deburr, and perform manual finishing as needed to meet blueprint specs.
• Preset tools and prepare the next job to minimize downtime.
• Maintain visual controls, 5S standards, and implement countermeasures to address issues.
• Participate in SMED, Kaizen events, and 5 Whys problem solving.
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities quickly.
• Model safe behaviors and speak up to correct unsafe practices.

What experience do I need?

At least 3+ years of CNC maintenance mechanic experience.

What skills help me excel?

• CNC Tooling
• CNC Programming
• G‑Code & M‑Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover

Which machines will I use?

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC)
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
