Inventory Coordinator

Job Title Pay Range: $18.00hr - $23.00hr Requirement/Must Have Experience in a clean room environment, especially for medical device manufacturing. Hands-on SAP experience for material transfers and kitting orders. Experience assigning materials to production orders. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Ability to read and comprehend process documents and strictly follow regulated procedures. Ability to work overtime as required for business needs. Ability to work in a warehouse using pallet jacks and other warehouse machinery. Ability to handle chemicals with proper training and provided PPE. Ability to wear required PPE including gown, hairnet, beard net, shoe covers, gloves, and safety glasses. Requirement to wear safety shoes for warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Kitting of medical device production orders in a clean room environment through accurately counting and documenting components to a work order. Perform material movements both physically and systematically in SAP ERP system. Perform Goods Receipts in SAP ERP system. Demonstrate teamwork on a cross-functional team to meet goals. Maintain a neat and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with stakeholders. Work independently and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Read, understand, and follow company processes and work instructions. Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, contractors, and vendors. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Nice To Have Windchill experience. Experience with other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Skills SAP ERP.
