Accounts Receivable Specialist
LHH is working with a well-known manufacturing company that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounts Receivable Specialist. You will support high-volume accounts receivable and collections operations, with a focus on accurate credit processing, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of previous AR experience and be comfortable communicating professionally with internal and external customers. It's preferred that this person has previous exposure to large ERP accounting systems and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. This role is in Bothell, WA with free parking.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply and reconcile vendor and customer credits with high accuracy
- Research and resolve credit and statement discrepancies
- Match credits to purchase orders and post transactions correctly
- Prepare recurring accrual reports and support management review
- Maintain AR aging reports and assist with collections efforts
- Scan, archive, and maintain electronic invoice records
- Serve as backup support for Accounts Payable as needed
- Assist with special projects and additional accounting tasks
Qualifications
- Three years of accounts receivable and collections experience
- Strong understanding of AR processes and general accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with a customer-focused approach
Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour
