Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team at our Phoenix, Arizona location. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
