OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Millsboro, DE by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Join HMD Trucking as an OTR solo driver running HAZMAT freight nationwide from Millsboro, DE. The role centers on secure, compliant transport of hazardous materials, accurate logkeeping, and consistent communication with dispatch to maintain on-time deliveries.
Key responsibilities:
- Safely move hazardous loads across long-haul routes and follow company safety standards.
- Complete pre-trip/post-trip checks and handle trip paperwork electronically.
- Report vehicle issues and follow maintenance guidance.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience.
We provide late-model tractors with APUs, inverters and sleepers, dependable in-house maintenance, pay starting at 65 CPM + 4 CPM for hazmat, bonuses, home every 3 weeks, and full benefits.
