Student Worker Student Wellness Services Summer 26

Student Front Office works under the general administration and supervision of the Department Manager. Reports to Department Manager. The position is available for Summer and Fall, based at Student Wellness Services, La Sierra University, Riverside, CA. The hours are 12 hours +.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include routine office tasks, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, filing and maintaining patient records, preparation of patient charts in the Electronic Medical Record, updated computer knowledge, assisting with maintenance and cleanliness, assisting with registration clearance, participating in Student Orientations, program planning, assisting Medical Assistant, and other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Must currently be a student at La Sierra University. Previous office work experience is preferred, especially students with a background in business healthcare management. CPR and First Aid certified.

Must be available to work from 1-5pm Monday through Thursday. Good interpersonal relationship skills and collaborative attitude is a must. Ability to work independently, retrieve information quickly and efficiently. Accuracy, full concentration, and absolute confidentiality are required. Typing skills and excellent computer knowledge skills are essential.

Indoor office environment. Light work involves minimum physical effort and washing vehicle and golf cart. Occasional lifting as needed.

Wage Range: $16.90-$17.30/hr
