Works Plumbing of Pacifica, CA, is to fill part-time and full-time CSR / Customer Service Representative positions to handle client calls regarding their plumbing needs, discuss them with the homeowners, and make the schedules for the technicians. This position has flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Sundays and no mandatory on-call. Strong communication and phone skills. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Is detail-oriented and highly organized. Can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Is proficient with computer systems and scheduling software. Has a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Able to pass a background check and drug test.
