Position Overview:

We are seeking a Client Services Account Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and support client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and communications.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

• Coordinate client requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Monitor service delivery and address client concerns.

• Maintain accurate client records and account information.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed.

• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects, services, and deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, or a related role.

• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.

• Ability to work onsite in North Brunswick, NJ.
