Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving. Coordinate client initiatives from concept through execution. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal resources to ensure client satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand existing business and support new business development efforts. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Qualifications: 4+ years of account management, client services, marketing, or related experience. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong relationship-building skills with a sense of urgency and accountability. Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
