Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care throughout all stages of life, providing services from pediatric to geriatric populations.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution of medicine.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program that meets accreditation standards.

Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Possess or qualify for an active medical license in Utah.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
