We are growing quickly, and our Client Success team supports both our SaaS platform and managed services business.

About The Role

We are looking for a Client Success Coordinator who can bring structure, speed, and follow-through to a busy Client Success team.

You will work closely with our Client Success Managers and help keep client work moving across onboarding, open requests, audits, vendors, documentation, and follow-up. You will own real work, communicate directly with clients and partners, learn our products and systems, and help make the team more organized and ef?cient.

We want someone who is naturally organized and proactive. If something is due next week, you are already thinking about it. If a request has been sitting open, you notice. If a recurring task can be made easier with a better tracker, template, or process, you improve it.

What You Will Own

• Client coordination: Keep open requests, follow-ups, deadlines, and commitments organized across multiple accounts.
• Onboarding support: Help coordinate account setup, documentation, audits, and other onboarding work.
• Client and vendor communication: Handle routine follow-ups, information requests, status updates, and coordination directly with clients and external partners.
• Client Success systems: Keep HubSpot, trackers, documentation, and account information accurate and current.
• Recurring work?ows: Own audits, vendor requests, documentation, reporting support, and other repeatable client processes.
• Team support: Help CSMs stay ahead of open work by surfacing what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
• Process improvement: Build better checklists, templates, documentation, or simple work?ows when recurring work can be made more ef?cient.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Client Success support, account coordination, customer operations, client services, project coordination, implementation support, or a similar role.
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fast, responsive, and dependable.
• Strong written and verbal communication and comfortable working directly with clients or external partners.
• Able to manage a high volume of open work without losing track of follow-ups.
• Good judgment about what you can handle independently and what needs to be escalated.
• Comfortable learning new software, tools, and processes quickly.
• Proactive. You look for the next step instead of waiting to be reminded.
• Comfortable working in a growing company where processes will continue to change and improve.

Nice to Have

• B2B SaaS or technology experience.
• Experience supporting a Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management team.
• Proptech, multifamily, or property management experience.

• Compensation: $65,000-$80,000
