Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 10 years of experience in Project Management and implementationAt least 10 years of experience in Client engagement, people managementAbility to manage technology and performance engineeringKnowledge of architectural frameworks and design principalsBasic domain knowledge in RETAILAt least 4 years of experience in Retail IndustryAt least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test DesignAt least 4 years of experience in JDE World functional testing areaAl least 4 years of experience of testing with AS400 functional applicationsDevelopment experience in AS400 JDE world will be an added advantageAt least 4 years of experience or more in testing lifecycle, defect cycleAt least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reportingAbility to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentAnalytical and Communication skillsPlanning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Ability to handle Ambiguity, diverse/ multiple stakeholdersAnalytical skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
