This role is responsible for the hands‑on assembly, integration, and testing of complex custom automation machinery. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble complex automated machinery, systems, and sub‑assemblies from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics Install pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical components Collaborate with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams to ensure equipment functions per specifications Perform mechanical troubleshooting, alignment, and precision adjustment of moving components Assist in testing, debugging, and system startup activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support field service teams with equipment installation and commissioning when required Qualifications Requires a high school diploma or GED; a technical certification or associate’s degree is preferred and5+ years of experience building automated machinery, packaging equipment, or industrial systems.
