Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Hollywood, Florida

Employment Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in the energy sector. In this role, you will contribute to generating qualified commercial opportunities, identifying target companies and decision-makers, developing personalized outreach, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and markets.
Research prospective customers, distributors, strategic partners, and infrastructure organizations.
Use LinkedIn/Sales Navigator and other channels for targeted, personalized prospecting.
Conduct market and company research to identify emerging opportunities and power-related challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, public relations, international business, or related field.
3 years of experience in business development, B2B prospecting, sales development, or similar roles.
Demonstrated success using LinkedIn for professional prospecting and relationship development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
CRM and prospecting database experience.
Experience working with corporations, developers, distributors, or infrastructure operators.
Background in energy, clean technology, or sustainability.
