Finance Manager

Location: Pico Rivera/Monterey Park CA | Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day WFH Systems: NetSuite, Advanced Excel (vba and macros a plus. must be able to manipulate large data sets). What You’ll Do Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple facilities. Partner with operations and leadership to drive performance and achieve financial targets. Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable business insights. Lead and mentor a team while building a high-performance FP&A function. Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation. Acquisition experience helpful Ability to present to Csuite multi entity multi location helpful What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience. Experience managing or mentoring a team. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills. Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders. Healthcare or multi-site experience strongly preferred. Why This Role?
