Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care for individuals and families, spanning all ages from children to seniors.
• Manage a range of health concerns, including chronic conditions, preventive needs, acute care, and mental health issues with a focus on the patient experience.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and create personalized care plans.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and complete care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at elevating patient outcomes and enhancing service delivery.
• Maintain precise and current patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Provide both in-person and virtual consultations to meet diverse patient needs.

Education Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program from an accredited training facility.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of an active medical license in Arkansas or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
