We offer a competitive compensation package with a $100,000 sign-on bonus, 2-year income guarantee, paid malpractice and 403(b) Match.

Named to the Beckers Healthcare 100 great hospitals in America list Mercy One Des Moines Medical Center offers central Iowas only Gold Seal of Approval and Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center. Our closed ICUs include a dedicated Neuro Trauma supported by full time Pulmonary Critical Care and Surgical Critical Care trained Physicians. MercyOne features block scheduling, 3 navigation stations, o-arm, minimally invasive capabilities, and Bi-Plane suite.
