Clinical Supervisor

Clinical SupervisorWe are seeking a Clinical Supervisor who has experience with the student population and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with learning differences and mental health/behavioral challenges. If this describes you, then look no further!Position: Clinical SupervisorSchedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Available for on-call Sunday-Saturday (rotation with other Clinicians).Primary Responsibilities Include:Oversee the implementation and interpretation of all clinical and administrative school policies, treatment approaches, assessment of the milieu in conjunction with the Clinical DirectorDevelops and monitors annual goals for the department to ensure quality improvement remains an integral component of the programManages, analyzes the content, frequent and integrity of staff and parent training programs- maintains records to indicate efficacy of training for parents and staffAbides by all regulatory bodies of various states, accreditations and corporate compliances mattersHolds a position on the Leadership team, as well as a strong supportive working relationship with the school psychiatrist and supports compliance with all delivery of services to the discal, ethical and legal standardsTeach, implement and facilitate routine outcome studies within the clinical department and other areas where applicableAssess, modify and improve existing process structures to attain ease of application and implementationParticipate in the "on call" rotation when requiredDevelops short range and long range program goals, particularly in organizing and planningDevelop, provide, and/or coordinate clinical trainings for all clinical and program staff on Mental Health, AOD, and other clinical topics relevant to client servicesOversee all operation and administration functions of clinical departmentProvide clinical supervision to all cliniciansManage a caseload of studentsParticipation in clinical and campus initiativesAssumes all other duties necessary to assure all state and federal regulations are metOversight of student and family goals and electronic clinical recordQualificationsQualifications:Master's degree in social work with clinical experienceCT LCSWHave or be eligible for CT School Social Worker Certification (071)Valid drivers' licensePreferred experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)Three years' experience as a clinical leader, preferably in a residential settingCompany OverviewDevereux is one of the nation's largest nonprofit organizations, providing services, insight and leadership in the evolving field of behavioral healthcare.
