RN - WCMC Mother/Baby - Part Time - 8 Hour - Days

Responsibilities The staff registered nurse (RN) is a licensed professional caregiver who is responsible for planning, delegating, and coordinating nursing care of a group of patients during a designated time frame using John Muir Medical Center Standards of Care, ANA Standards of Practice, and the California Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates and provides care through the therapeutic use of self, nursing process, environment, and technology, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing Minimum 6 months of Nursing experience in Medical Acute Care Current RN license issued by California Board of Nursing Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, American Heart Association Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, American Heart Association (obtained within 3 months of hire) International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to motivate teams Work Shift and Hours Shift: 08:00 – 23:00 – 07:30. Weekly hours: 32. Exempt under Manager level as hourly compensation. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $87.06 – $118.62 hourly (based on experience and licensure). Pay adjusted to local market for non‑Bay Area hires. Competitive salary and benefit package available.
