Clinical Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist – Utilization Management (Remote)Primary Responsibilities:Review prior authorization and medical exception requests.Perform utilization review for medical necessity.Evaluate medical records and apply PA criteria.Handle 20–30 cases per day.Required Experience:Prior Authorization (PA) / Utilization Management experience.Knowledge of prescription drug formularies and pharmacy workflow.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and multiple systems).Ability to work independently.Comfortable communicating with providers, patients, and healthcare staff.Required Qualifications:BS Pharmacy or PharmD.Active New York Pharmacist License (mandatory).Work Schedule:Remote, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET.Occasional weekend/holiday coverage may be required.Location:Candidates located in New York State.Contract Duration:Through the end of the year, with possible extension.Interview Process:One virtual interviewEEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
