Caregiver / Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Golden Glow Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to join our growing team. We provide non-medical home care services that help seniors and adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

We are currently hiring caregivers throughout Mercer, Burlington, Monmouth, and Middlesex Counties, including Burlington, Florence, Bordentown, Hamilton, Trenton, Princeton, Lawrence Township, North Brunswick, Hightstown, East Windsor, Monroe, Old Bridge, Freehold, Manalapan, Howell, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Qualifications

• Experience providing care to seniors or adults preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
