This hospital-owned physician practice is part of a well-established regional health services corporation providing comprehensive medical care across southern Vermont. The facility supports a collaborative, multi-specialty environment including pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, family practice, and internal medicine, with dedicated clinical and clerical support staff.

Nurse Practitioner - Urology

Job Details:

• Assist the Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
• Manage post-operative and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
• Practice under a supervising physician in an established physician office setting
• Full-time position (1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week) with a daytime schedule
• No weekends or holidays required
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in Urology required
• Active Vermont APRN License required
• Master's degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program required
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification and DEA License required
• ANCC certification required
• Must be credentialable by facility Medical Staff
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required at presentation
