Class Action Attorney – Pixel or Privacy Litigation | Law Firm | Remote | #2639615-PX Republican Jobs is leading the search for a national plaintiff-side law firm is seeking an experienced Class Action Attorney to join its Data Privacy and Pixel Litigation practice. Job Duties: Lead and manage plaintiff-side class action cases involving Pixel tracking, data privacy, and digital consumer protection violations. Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in federal courts. Conduct in-depth legal research and develop forward-thinking litigation strategies Work with internal teams and technical experts to evaluate evidence related to data tracking. Advocate for clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in class action or privacy-related litigation. Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with Pixel tracking, data misuse, or consumer privacy cases. Proficient with ECF filing systems and federal court procedures. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
