Title: Labor And Employment Attorney
\nLocation: Tampa, FL
\nBase Salary: $160,000 -$180,000 plus bonus and benefits
\n \nThe Firm:
\nA specialist employment law practice advising employers on litigation, workplace compliance and complex employment disputes. The firm represents corporate clients across multiple sectors, combining litigation defence with practical advice on employment-related risks and obligations.
\n \nRequirements:
\n- \n
- 4–6 years of employment litigation experience. \n
- Active Florida Bar admission required. \n
- Experience drafting pleadings, managing discovery and preparing substantive motions. \n
- Familiarity with depositions and employment litigation procedures. \n
- Experience with class-action defence, retaliation claims or workplace compliance is advantageous. \n
- Strong legal research, writing and organisational skills. \n
