Source, screen, interview and hire hearts and minds as much as resumes. Team up with managers and staff to build a welcoming, diverse workplace. Requirements Who You Are: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services. Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose. Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms; preference given for Paylocity experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices. Ready to grow—and help others do the same. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
