A prestigious University is looking to expand its neurosurgery faculty by hiring a research-focused PhD or MD/PhD physician. This is a primarily research position, however, some clinical time may be considered. The university is very supportive of groundbreaking research in the neurosciences. As this is an academic position, there will be ample opportunity to teach medical students, residents, and fellows, as the new neurosurgeon will join the faculty and collaborate with a world-class team of physicians. The academic health system prides itself on remaining at the forefront of scientific development and providing unparalleled patient care. Physicians primarily admit to a 230-bed hospital. The hospital boasts state-of-the-art equipment. Block OR time will be available, and an experienced staff of APPs will be on hand to assist in clinic, inpatient practice, and the OR.
