Travel Physical Therapist (PT) in Oklahoma City, OK Physical Therapist Location: Oklahoma City, OK Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for a 13‑week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients restore mobility, improve strength, and maximize their functional independence. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on their needs and goals. Provide evidence‑based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and overall function. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) License. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current CPR certification (if required by facility). SNF experience preferred but not required. Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer Competitive weekly gross pay of $1,920–$2,000. Consistent 40‑hour work week. 13‑week contract assignment.
