ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to join a school district in Kenosha, WI for the upcoming school year. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator looking to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a supportive school team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Provide specialized instruction based on students’ individual needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school staff
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and parent/guardian conferences
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Follow district and state requirements for special education services

Qualifications

Wisconsin Special Education teaching license/certification, or eligibility to obtain one
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
Previous school-based special education experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for working with students with diverse learning needs
