Senior Director of Engineering - Industrial Manufacturing

The Director of Engineering is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the design, development, launch, and overall success of all products and engineering programs. This position leads both Development and Production Engineering functions, ensuring seamless execution from initial concept through full-scale manufacturing. Profile A successful Director of Engineering should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required Master's degree preferred 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in manufacturing Experience leading new product introductions Background in process development, tooling, and production systems Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement Experience with ERP and manufacturing planning systems Proven record of driving operational improvementsStrong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles Strategic thinker with strong business acumen Job Offer Opportunity to lead operations in a medium-sized, growth-focused organization.
