Remote Senior Systems Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the VA ESOM contract, the full-time Remote Senior Systems Administrator will lead troubleshooting for complex infrastructure issues, partner with cross-functional teams for enterprise virtualization initiatives, and design and implement virtual desktop solutions within Azure and Citrix environments. Key responsibilities Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex infrastructure issues and implement long-term solutions Configure, administer, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments Develop disaster recovery documentation and provide technical insights for application compatibility and security Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline Five years of relevant systems administration or enterprise infrastructure experience Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Experience supporting Windows Server and enterprise virtual desktop environments Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management
