Restaurant Kitchen Manager

Kitchen Manager – Overview We are seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Manager at Golden Corral. The role focuses on food production, back‑of‑the‑house operations, and overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager. Responsibilities Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to Golden Corral recipes, procedures, and company systems. Manage cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain high volume service. Handle labor and schedule planning as part of restaurant operations. Act as the primary point of contact for kitchen operations when the GM or Hospitality Manager is absent. Qualifications Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high‑volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant. Education/ training typically equivalent to college coursework in business or hospitality. Completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program.
