Director, Alliances Partnership (High Growth AI)

KPMG is currently seeking an Alliance Director to join our Alliances team. Responsibilities: Build trusted relationships across sales, marketing, and leadership at a frontier AI platform to elevate KPMG's brand and activate the partner as a KPMG sales channel in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment Develop and sustain executive relationships with the platform's leadership; collaborate with the Global Lead Partner and Platform Leader to design and execute a global relationship program that drives KPMG growth Partner with the 360 Business Leader on joint go‑to‑market activities, ensuring a whole‑of‑firm approach to every opportunity Identify and secure opportunities for alliance growth, co‑investment, and alignment with Powered prioritization, GTM focus areas, and investment strategy Facilitate member firm alliance expansion and enable member firms to fully leverage partner resources (training, enablement, demo/sandbox environments, funding programs) while adapting to rapid changes in releases, enablement, and commercial programs Lead global QBRs and maintain visibility into alliance performance (pipeline, revenue, headcount, certifications); ensure KPMG presents differentiated capabilities to win and deliver large‑scale, AI‑enabled transformation Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: Minimum ten years of recent experience in partnerships, alliance management, or strategic business development within enterprise software, professional services, or technology, including work with pre‑IPO/hyper‑growth partners and familiarity with frontier AI platforms and the competitive model landscape Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or twelve years of practical experience in lieu of a degree Proven success building and scaling win‑win alliances that drive pipeline and revenue (joint GTM, co‑selling, co‑marketing, partner enablement), especially with fast‑evolving platform partners Experience with adjacent ecosystem partners (cloud hyperscalers, data platforms, SaaS vendors) and navigating public cloud marketplace programs (listings, private offers, incentives) Executive‑level communication and influence skills (written and verbal) with credibility across all levels, and the ability to drive outcomes across organizational boundaries Strong program and project management skills; delivers complex initiatives and operates as a self‑starter in fast‑paced, collaborative, high‑growth environments Ability to travel as necessary Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
