Remote Behavioral Health Resource Specialist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Resource Specialist to remotely support behavioral health services across the system. The role focuses on improving patient throughput and access, coordinating care, and collaborating with an access team and stakeholders systemwide. The position is hybrid, 20 hours per week, Tue–Fri, 11:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a central call line and inbox for BH referrals.
