As we continue to grow, we rely on talented professionals who bring expertise, accountability, and a commitment to excellence in everything they do.What You'll DoMaintain Financial AccuracyPrepare monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts and ensure balances align with the trial balance.Prepare journal entries as needed and provide supporting account analysis for review.Research unusual accounting transactions and recommend appropriate reclassifications.Support Financial ReportingAssist in preparing management reports that support business decision-making.Review monthly financial results to understand factors affecting period-end performance.Perform financial analysis of general ledger accounts and assist the accounting team with ongoing accounting activities.Manage Key Accounting ProcessesPrepare monthly department commission calculations for review.Track prepaid expenses and allocate expenses according to established accounting policies.Prepare and enter payroll accruals and other month-end journal entries.Oversee Asset and Cost AccountingReview and maintain fixed asset records, including disposals and gains on fixed assets.Prepare related journal entries and supporting documentation.Review cost allocations to ensure direct and indirect costs are distributed accurately across departments.Support Corporate Accounting ActivitiesAssist with establishing and maintaining intercompany transactions.Review monthly bank reconciliations and accounting entries as needed.Participate in special projects involving the tracking, recording, reconciliation, and analysis of financial information.Contribute to Audit ReadinessAssist accounting leadership with annual audit activities.Prepare supporting schedules and documentation as directed.What You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience plus five years of related accounting experience.Strong knowledge of fixed assets and commission accounting.Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.Strong analytical and research skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Why You'll Love It HereOpportunity to contribute to meaningful financial operations across a growing organization.Exposure to a wide range of accounting functions, including financial reporting, fixed assets, commissions, accruals, and audit support.Collaborative environment where your expertise and attention to detail make a direct impact.Opportunities to expand your accounting knowledge and professional growth.BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, and company holidays.Ready to Apply?If you're ready to strengthen financial operations, solve accounting challenges, and grow your career with a company that values accuracy and expertise, we encourage you to apply.Equal Employment OpportunityEntertainment Technology Partners and its family of brands are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
