About the Role

Globant is seeking a vision-driven, high-growth Semi-Senior Managing Director to lead and scale our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business unit, with a specific focus on driving transformation across Industrial, Manufacturing, and CPG accounts. This leader will hold account responsibility, driving strategic growth, client partner relationships, and end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across the industry.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, commercial execution, and digital innovation—partnering closely with enterprise C-suite executives to shape high-impact programs leveraging AI, data platforms, cloud architecture, and modern digital engineering. You will build and mentor a top-tier account and delivery leadership team while expanding Globant's market footprint across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy and growth plan for the Consumer Packaged Goods portfolio.

Drive sustainable multi-million-dollar revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall P&L performance for the practice.

Identify emerging trends across CPG, Industrial, and Manufacturing (AI/ML in supply chain, digital engineering, omnichannel commercialization) and translate them into market-leading service offerings.

Client & C-Suite Relationship Management

Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders across Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial, and Manufacturing institutions.

Lead executive-level negotiations, complex deal structures, master service agreements (MSAs), and strategic RFPs.

Act as the executive escalation point, ensuring operational delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term account retention.

Commercial Acumen & Solution Delivery

Oversee multi-disciplinary teams (Client Partners, Solution Architects, Delivery Directors) to design and deliver transformational digital programs.

Mobilize cross-functional onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources to execute large-scale, complex technology engagements on time and within margin targets.

Champion AI-driven innovation and digital engineering solutions tailored to complex healthcare regulations and compliance frameworks.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of Client Partners, Business Developers, and Domain Specialists.

Cultivate an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and inclusive culture aligned with Globant’s core values.

Represent Globant at industry events, executive roundtables, and media engagements within the CPG ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of total experience in technology services, management consulting, or digital transformation, with relevant leadership experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

Proven experience working with CPG enterprise clients across Industrial and Manufacturing domains.

Track record of successfully managing and growing an account portfolio of $50M+ in annual revenue.

Deep commercial acumen with proven success leading complex sales cycles, deal structuring, and contract negotiations at the executive level.

Proven ability to inspire, build, and lead large, cross-functional teams across global delivery networks.

Strategic thinker with a hands‑on execution mindset and a track record of driving large-scale digital, data, and AI transformation programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.

Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Domain Mastery: Deep expertise across Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Industrial, and Manufacturing ecosystems.

Technology & AI Fluency: Conversant in enterprise architecture, generative AI application, data platforms, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, and digital engineering.

Commercial Acumen: Pipeline development, solution shaping, deal structuring, and negotiation.

Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
