Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care

Schedule: Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 per week

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Assess patient health and situation by collecting and analyzing relevant data.
- Develop care plans that prescribe interventions to attain desired outcomes and implement those plans effectively.
- Evaluate patient progress towards attaining outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing a safe and healing environment.
