Job Description

We are looking for an experienced System Level Test Engineer to work on system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation of complex semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and improve system-level testing for advanced SoC products.
• Perform characterization, quality assurance, testing, yield enhancement, and specification validation .
• Conduct system-level diagnostics and post-silicon validation.
• Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, including ASIC, ATE, DFT, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams .
• Troubleshoot and resolve silicon-related issues through structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Drive process improvements and preventive actions based on test results and failure analysis.
• Develop and improve testing methodologies, workflows, and validation processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify issues and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Analyze test data and contribute to product quality and performance improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant product engineering experience or a similar hardware systems background.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a highly collaborative engineering team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to quickly become a productive contributor.
• Strong programming/scripting skills, particularly Python and shell scripting .

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience with SoC / semiconductor products .
• Knowledge of ASIC, ATE, and DFT .
• Experience with post-silicon validation and characterization .
• Experience with test automation .
• Knowledge of PC architecture and hardware assembly .
• Experience with PCIe bus .
• Experience with DRAM / DDR technologies.
