To support the investigation of potentially fraudulent claims, the full-time Claims Investigator will conduct online research, compile comprehensive profiles of claimants, and prepare detailed reports while working remotely in the EST time zone. Key responsibilities Investigates and evaluates potentially fraudulent claims using various online sources Conducts basic to moderately complex investigations to compile claimant profiles for defense strategies Prepares high-quality investigation reports and maintains an organized diary of activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience Proficient in using Internet search engines and social media platforms General knowledge of Lexis Nexis sites and Boolean search methods Ability to work under moderate pressure and meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
